The results of the HP Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 for 7 subjects have been released by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education. The HPBOSE results were made available starting from August 23rd, 2023, and can be accessed at https://hpbose.org/. This is the worst test result of the teacher eligibility tests conducted by the board so far.
Under this result, the pass percentage of the candidates in a single subject has not crossed 25 per cent. The pass percentage in all the subjects has been less than 25 per cent. Only 34708 candidates appeared for the Teacher Eligibility Test in 7 subjects. Himachal Pradesh School Education Board Secretary Dr. Major Vishal Sharma said that the results of the teacher eligibility tests are as per the final answer key prepared after reviewing the objections lodged by the examinees with reference to the answers recorded in the provisional answer key released earlier has been prepared.

Passing the Test: Success Rates in HP Teacher Eligibility Test 2023
1813 candidates appeared in Shastri subject. In this, the pass candidates were 98 while the pass percentage was 5.4. In TGT Non-Medical subject, 7658 candidates appeared and 613 candidates passed. The pass percentage in this subject was 8 per cent. In LT subject, 3555 candidates took the exam and 373 candidates passed. The pass percentage has been 10.4.
16096 candidates appeared in HP TGT Arts. The pass candidates were 1649 and the pass percentage was 10.2. In TGT Medical, 5469 candidates appeared for the exam. The pass candidates were 1233 and the pass percentage was 22.5. For the HP Teacher Eligibility Test of Punjabi subject, 107 candidates appeared and only 8 candidates passed. The pass percentage stood at 7.4 per cent. 10 candidates appeared in Urdu TET. Only 2 candidates have passed in this and the pass percentage is 20 percent.
