HP SSA BRCC Recruitment 2023: – The Department of Comprehensive Education, Himachal Pradesh, has opened doors for applications for 141 BRCC positions. BRCCs are to be appointed in 141 education blocks of Himachal Pradesh. 50 percent appointments will be made from JBT and 25-25 percent from TGT and spokesperson cadre. Notably, this is the first time that in-service JBT, TGT, and Lecture School personnel are eligible to apply. Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience working for the government of Himachal Pradesh in order to be considered. November 1st is the start of the application procedure, which ends on November 15th. Interested candidates may apply online at the Samagra Shiksha Department’s official website.

HP SSA BRCC Recruitment 2023: Selection process
According to the notification issued by the Department of Comprehensive Education, the selection process for BRCC will be in three phases. In the first phase, application forms will have to be filled. After this, written examination and sample of teaching skills will have to be presented. There will be an interview in the third phase.

Percentage Wise Weightage
For this recruitment, candidates will get 40 percent academic weightage, written test and teasing skill will also have 40 percent weightage and interview weightage is 20 percent. The Education Secretary has been made the chairman of the interview committee. State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan has been made Member Secretary and Director of Higher and Elementary Education as members. Based on the recommendation of the committee, BRCCs will be appointed.

The online application form can be obtained on the Samagra Shiksha site at http://samagrashiksha.hp.gov.in. The online application procedure will open on November 1, 2023, and the application deadline is November 15, 2023. The BRCC is responsible for implementing samagra shiksha abhiyan, teacher training and government-run schemes.
