Required Documents For Language Teacher

Candidates are required to bring the following documents during the counseling process:

1. Completed Bio-Data form with a passport-size photograph.
2. Employment registration card.
3. Category certificate (General category for Gen EWS and SC/ST/OBC/WFF/BPL for reserved categories).
4. Himachal Bonafide.
5. Character certificate.
6. Academic qualification certificates in ascending order (Matriculation, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and others).
7. Professional qualification certificate (D.El.Ed., B.Ed.).
8. Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) certificate for Language Teacher conducted by an authority designated by the Himachal Pradesh State Government.

Note:

1. Arrange all certificates strictly in the sequence mentioned above.
2. All essential certificates/documents must be produced at the time of counseling. No document will be accepted after the counseling date. Candidates are solely responsible for the non-production of any required document.

Application Process For Language Teacher

Interested candidates who wish to participate in the counseling process should submit their applications at the office of the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Mandi District, Himachal Pradesh, on July 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM. In accordance with the directions given by the Honorable Court, applicants from other districts who have registered their names at the respective employment offices are also eligible to take part in the counseling process.

Candidates must be present at the office of the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Mandi District, Himachal Pradesh, on the designated date, along with the following:

• Essential Documents: Candidates should bring their original and verified copies of essential documents, including educational and professional qualifications.
• Passport-Sized Photograph: A recent passport-sized photograph must be provided.
• Biodata Form: The application form, also known as the biodata form, will be available at the office on the specified date.
